Eligibility

The Lessing Institute Summer Program is designed for advanced undergraduate and MA students. When submitting the application form, please include proof of current university enrolment. For information on Continuing Education please see Open Mind Studies.

Please note that class sizes at Lessing Institute classes are normally limited to 10 students. Enrolment in classes will be undertaken on a first-come, first-served basis. Should space be unavailable in a particular class, we will place you on a waiting list. Please list four courses in order of preference.

Please attach the following documents:

• Proof of current university enrolment.
• All classes at the Lessing Institute are taught in English. Therefore, applicants whose first language is not English must provide proof of English proficiency, such as the IELTS/TOEFL score or letter of reference from an English-speaking professor.

Once your application form and required supporting information have been received by us, you will be notified via email that your application is in process. If you do not hear from us within four weeks, please contact us. Successful applicants will be notified by email and, where specified, by post. If successful, you will be asked to forward a deposit of CAD$300 in order to secure your place. Payment in full is invoiced on 31 May 2008 and is due on receipt of invoice.
